Job Description:
- Develop and optimize sales strategies using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Build and manage a pipeline of strategic accounts and medium-to-large contributors to revenue.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing for institutional clients.
- Continuously assess, clarify, and validate customer needs.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the product and understand competitors' offerings.
- Handle fast-paced deals, engage with crypto firms, and navigate large, complex organizations, interacting with senior executives.
- Work with Product, Client Success, and Engineering teams to influence product strategy.
- Collaborate with Client Success and Business Development teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Travel, attend conferences, and actively seek new business opportunities.
- Provide post-sales support to clients, helping them learn the system and start trading.
Job Requirement:
- 5+ years in enterprise SaaS or capital markets sales/business development.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Keen interest in technology, capital markets, and trading.
- Familiarity with trading workflows and post-trade transaction analytics.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of regional languages such as Mandarin, Indonesian, Korean, or Japanese is advantageous.
