COMPANY DESCRIPTION
We are one of the largest one-stop Underground Utilities Infrastructure companies based in Singapore. We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre-mix production and construction waste recycling.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally.
- Manage the issue and return process for mobile and tablet devices.
- Monitor CCTV systems for security and operational purposes.
- Perform regular data backups from CCTV systems and ensure data integrity.
- Maintain clear and constant communication with project teams, ensuring all relevant information is disseminated promptly.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving mobile and tablet device issues.
- Keep detailed records of device management and CCTV monitoring activities.
- Follow standard operating procedures and protocols to ensure smooth operations.
- Report any incidents or anomalies observed in CCTV footage to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor or HOD.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or coursework is a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in operations command environment.
- Strong technical skills, particularly with mobile and tablet devices.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and data backup procedures.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Basic understanding of IT and operations command processes.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
