Job Description:
- As the Principal Specialist of the Professional Services team, you need to assist the Team Lead in providing technical training and management to the team, enhancing the overall professional service capabilities of the team.
- Handle the escalation of technical issues from the business team, provide root cause analysis, and propose feasible solutions.
- Serve as the bridge between the product, R&D, and SA teams, communicating issues encountered by the business line to the backend teams.
- Provide ongoing technical support to clients, including troubleshooting issues, resolving performance bottlenecks, and addressing system failures. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Engage with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and technical requirements. Provide expert guidance and recommendations on database architecture, configuration, and best practices.
- Work together with the TAM, Pre-Sales, Support and RD team, to ensure the customer satisfaction and customer success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related field from a nationally accredited institution.
- 10 years or more of experience in the field of databases, with a deep understanding of next-generation distributed database technologies.
- Proficiency in the operational mechanisms and management of relational databases such as MySQL/Oracle; experience with NoSQL, NewSQL, or related technologies is a plus.
- Have a deep understanding of business and data architecture in at least one industry (Core-banking, FSD, DNB...), and be capable of providing practical and effective recommendations for designing distributed systems.
- Strong ability to learn quickly, excellent problem analysis and resolution skills, and the ability to work in a multi-threaded environment; capable of handling urgent situations proactively.
