Job Summary:The Renovation Site Project Manager oversees renovation projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves coordinating with clients, contractors, and suppliers, managing resources, and maintaining compliance with regulations and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, tradespeople, and other project team members.
- Monitor project progress, making adjustments as needed to stay on track.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and regulations.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any issues or changes.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site.
