Senior Executive (Administration Operations, Early Intervention Programme)

Rainbow Centre envisions a world where persons with disabilities are empowered and thriving in inclusive communities. The Early Intervention Programme (EIP) aims to provide quality early intervention services for young children with disabilities so that they may achieve their full potential.

The Administration Operations team plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operations of the programme and assists the centre leaders in matters pertaining to financial, personnel and general administration.

The Senior Executive is responsible for the quality of engagement of clients in the Programme, serving as liaisons between the Programme and its clients, ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction. The postholder also assists the Senior Manager to achieve excellence in programme administration and operational support which may include secretariat support for meetings, liaison with vendors, inventory management, records management, over counter customer service etc.

This is a position of trust and it is likely you will become aware of sensitive, confidential and private information that must not be disclosed to unauthorised personnel.

Critical Work Functions

Efficient and Effective Office and Service Administration

  • Manage the coordination and administration of student matters such as admission, withdrawals, financial assistance and record keeping
  • Manage the financial operations, including collection of finances, processing of payments and claims, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and funding requirements
  • Coordinate and administer personnel matters such as engagement of relief staff and provide advice to staff on HR processes to support alignment with RC’s values and policies

Effective Data Management and Reporting

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to provide accurate and relevant data for reporting, research, and evaluating administrative office effectiveness
  • Contribute to periodic reviews of internal systems and processes, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and service delivery
  • Assist in establishing systems and processes that promote efficiency and good governance within the program

Client-centric Service

  • Provide timely and accurate assistance to students, parents, and other stakeholders on matters related to fees, payments, transport, and other inquiries
  • Assist the campus leaders in maintaining positive relationships & partnership with stakeholders, such as students, parents, teachers, vendors and the broader community
  • Support smooth execution of events

Job Holder Requirements

  • Recognized and relevant degree
  • Experience in Social Service Agency (SSA) will be an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace applications and IT systems
  • Only Singaporeans and Permanent Residents
