Junior Management Support Administrator

Requirement

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field

- 3-5 years of industry experience (preferred)

- Comprehensive understanding of corporate governance, finance,

and performance management

- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills

- Proven track record in developing successful strategies and analytics solutions within

the insurance industry

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and IT systems

- In-depth knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)

- Analytical, detail-oriented, and accountable mindset

- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities


Main Responsibilities include but not limited to following:

- operational and fiscal functions to optimize performance

- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives

- Provide precise financial analysis and operational insights

- Establish and enforce robust policies and procedures

- Assess and enhance financial, operational, and marketing structures

- Ensure adherence and deal with auditing to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)

- Manage and facilitate Board meeting preparation and communication

- Present financial insights and recommendations to the Board of Directors and HQ

- Coordinate and well-communicate HQ with professionalism and efficiency

- Wide work scope regarding corporate management support with CFO, other HoDs. (RM, Actuary, U/W Operations etc.)

- Provide general administrative and clerical support

- Liaising and coordinating appointments and meetings and attend to guests

- Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events

- Requisite, control and maintain good utilization of office stationery and pantry supplies

- Manage local/overseas couriers, incoming and outgoing mails
