IT Solutions Account Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain effective and standardized sales processes.
  • Lead the sales process from initial contact through strategy, proposal, presentation, and successful contract conclusion for IT and Digital services in a specified market.
  • Achieve established sales goals, including building pipeline, making key contacts, delivering presentations to stakeholders, executing pilots, and finalizing service agreements.
  • Manage and develop major customer accounts, coordinating account management support as required.
  • Negotiate contractual agreements, including terms, conditions, duration, and pricing with clients.
  • Develop and nurture relationships at the executive level while understanding and aligning with prospective clients' corporate culture.
  • Prepare quotations and proposals in collaboration with Technical Solution Pre-sales and Delivery teams to meet client needs.
  • Research, monitor, and understand market and competitive trends to develop strategic plans for achieving desired results.
  • Conduct cold calls to arrange meetings with potential customers and prospects.
  • Interface with vendors and suppliers, building and maintaining strong relationships.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • GCE "O" / "A" Levels, Diploma, Degree, or equivalent.
  • Proven ability and enthusiasm for sales, with a confident and determined approach.
  • Mature, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Thrives in a competitive market environment.
  • Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Team player who excels in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cost-conscious, positive, and enthusiastic, with a confident and reassuring manner with clients.
  • Well-organized with a persistent focus on completing tasks on time, and highly customer-oriented.
  • Strong presentation and time management skills.
  • Customer-oriented with good presentation skills in both face-to-face and telephone settings.
