The Executive, Business Development (Real Estate) will support Senior Manager, Business Development in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand our various brand concepts that aligns with the Group’s business requirement and growth strategy.
The incumbent will play an important role in supporting the selection of tender spaces, landlord and tenant relationship, as well as tender exercises.
This role requires excellent interpersonal and organization skills. The incumbent should hold an interest in F&B development and a basic understanding of real estate management.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in site evaluation through conducting site feasibility studies and market analysis, to ensure competitiveness and profitability of potential sites
- Assist in tender negotiations with potential landlords
- Assist in tender calls for contractors and attainment of necessary permit to work from relevant parties
- Assist in the preparation of business proposals and presentation
- Assist in the preparation and completion of relevant leasing documentation and paperwork
- Keeping good documentation and records of the all agreements and contracts
- Establish and maintaining good landlord and tenant relationships
- Working closely with relevant departments (e.g. marketing team, business strategy team) to support the business growth of our brands
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking occasions as part of Branding and Business Development efforts for the company
Skills / Qualifications:
- Diploma / Degree in Real Estate of other equivalent course with 1 - 2 years of working experience in similar capacity
- Strong communication skills
- Able to multi-task and handle tight deadlines while being detail oriented
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively with various team
- Good sales analysis or numerical competency will be an added advantage
