Responsibilities
- Increase revenue and expand the market for general laboratory products and solutions in the assigned segment.
- Handle customer and prospect inquiries, providing outstanding pre-sales and after-sales support.
- Build and sustain good relationships with existing and potential customers, as well as key opinion leaders.
- Track and evaluate customer needs and market trends.
- Assist in executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Continuously follow up with customers on marketing promotions, campaigns, and open quotations to create new sales opportunities.
- Oversee tendering websites in Singapore, including GeBiz, SESAMI, hospital tendering websites, and others.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or business administration discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in laboratory sales, sales support, or customer service within the science industry.
- Prefer with knowledge of scientific and general lab consumables.
