Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Photography Instructor who is passionate about teaching photography to secondary school students. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in photography, own high-end photography tools, and be knowledgeable about various photography genres, including product, macro, street and fashion photography.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct photography classes for secondary school students.
- Develop and implement photography curriculum and lesson plans.
- Teach students about camera settings, composition, lighting techniques, and post-processing.
- Provide guidance on various photography genres, including product, macro, and fashion photography.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Prepare students for photography exhibitions and competitions.
- Maintain punctuality and professionalism in all classes and studio events.
- Ensure the availability and proper use of high-end photography tools, lenses, flash, and lights.
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to enhance the photography programme.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in photography (minimum of 2 years preferred but not mandatory).
- Proficiency in using high-end photography tools, lenses, flash, and lights.
- Knowledgeable about various photography genres, including product, macro, and fashion photography.
- Strong ability to work with and inspire secondary school students.
- Experience in preparing students for photography exhibitions and competitions is a plus.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Ability to work with a diverse group of students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
