Assistant, Admin - Inventory

Join our vibrant team in the enchanting world of jewellery! Your keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills will be essential in ensuring our inventory sparkles with accuracy.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain precise and up-to-date inventory records, ensuring accurate data entry in our inventory management system.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments and external partners to streamline and optimize inventory processes.
  • Efficiently process delivery orders and stock transfers to assigned outlets in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts, identify discrepancies, and reconcile them to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Manage the processing of price tag labeling, including costing and stock-in procedures.
    Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient inventory operations.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive attitude
  • Possess initiative, responsibility, and a willingness to learn
