As an Events Executive, you will play a key role in coordinating and executing events, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of events, from concept to execution, ensuring all aspects align with client objectives and agency standards.
- Develop and maintain project timelines and milestones, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth collaboration and execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their goals and objectives, and providing regular updates on project progress.
- Build strong client relationships by actively listening to their needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Use creative methods to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to project budgets.
- Find innovative ways to reduce event waste in line with the companys sustainability objectives.
- Work closely with the Operations team to develop logistics plans and coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth event operations.
- Develop training content and conduct event crew training sessions.
- Perform on-site inspections and oversee event setups.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues in creative, marketing, and operations departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to project delivery.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating and guiding team members to achieve project goals.
- Conduct detailed post-event evaluations to assess project success and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Educational background in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of working experience; experience in event project management within an agency environment is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
