Job Description & Requirements
The Regional Infosec Manager will be tasked with implementing the Group Information Security strategy within their respective domains. They work closely with local entities, including CIOs and business units, and report directly to the Group CISO.
Responsibilities:
- Recurrent security activities coordination and follow-up (back up test, monthly patching, AD review and clean up, …)
- Security project build and deployment action plan coordination and follow-up
- Policy compliance follow-up / internal audit contribution
- Security solutions/tools (EDR, Darktrace, XDR/SIEM, Cymulate, …) service management and first level escalation.
- Daily security operational activities, initial diagnose/triage and SOC managed services coordination.
- Regional awareness campaign coordination (Phishing campaign, training, coordination with other involved stakeholders).
- Dashboard/reporting on regional security scope contribution to CISO.
- Collect/Inventory of Local new requirements, regulations, … with Business stakeholders.
- Monthly Group CISO meeting participation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity with a few years of experience, or equivalent technical or security qualifications and field experience
- CISSP Certification or similar, required to ensure a proper understanding of Cybersecurity technical implementation and to demonstrate a minimum level of IS security analysis skills
- Strong understanding of current Cybersecurity breach trends and market solutions
- Coordination skills to act as a liaison between stakeholders, ensuring Group policies are understood and applied, and managing implementation or exception follow-ups
- Project lead experience to manage potential Cybersecurity workstreams
- Ability to serve as the regional representative and uphold Group security policies
- Strong documentation and audience-targeted presentation skills
