About the Job
- Attend to client queries (ie.trade-related queries, account queries) via phone calls, live chat and emails
- Escalate queries to the relevant departments and round back to clients in a timely manner
- Help clients to understand the trading lifecycle (ie. funding, position transfers, corporate actions, margin calculation)
- Participate in ad-hoc projects such as market reserch and platform training activities
Requirements and Skills
- Minimum Bachelor's degree
- Strong communication skills
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in financial institutions
- Good understanding of the financial markets & instruments (ie. Stocks, ETFs, Options, FX, Funds, Fixed Income)
- Licensed with CMFAS 1A , 2A , 6 and 6A
