- Sell travel packages including flights, hotels, tours, and other travel-related services to the general public.
- Respond to customer inquiries and tailor travel packages to meet specific needs and preferences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, participating in sales meetings and generating sales reports.
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities to attract new customers.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and handle customer complaints promptly.
- Co- ordinate with accommodations company, flights operators and knowledge of related travelling document required
- Min. Diploma Education (Hospitality background will be preferred)
- Requires outstation to parts of (Indonesia Region) and other South - East Asian countries
