Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our company, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, budget management, and forecasting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving financial efficiency and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department, including accounting, accounts payable/receivable, cash flow management, and payroll
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management
- Develop and monitor budgets, financial plans, and forecasts
- Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments to inform decision-making
- Manage cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts
- Coordinate and lead the annual audit process
- Monitor financial performance and prepare regular financial reporting for stakeholders
- Implement and maintain internal controls and procedures to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and supervision to finance team members
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall company goals and initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; ACCA or CPA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis
- Experience with financial software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
