Job Description:


Position Overview:

  • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Interfacing Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, architecture, or building science, coupled with substantial project management experience, particularly in large-scale civil and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate interfacing activities between various project teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment and integration of technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among internal and external teams.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or conflicts that may arise.
  • Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update stakeholders on project status.
  • Develop and implement strategies for risk management and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

  • A good degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Building Engineering.
  • At least 8 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Strong project management and coordination skills, preferably in large-scale civil and infrastructure works.
  • Self-motivated and driven with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in understanding technical drawings, specifications, and requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict management skills.
  • Good presentation skills.
