Job Requirements
- Work Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in BIM.
At least 5 years of relevant work experience in site supervision.
- Technical Proficiency: Highly proficient in the use of BIM software.
Skilled in establishing required processes, procedures, and frameworks for BIM in projects.
Educational Background
- Degree: A degree in Engineering, Architecture, or an equivalent field.
Interpersonal and Professional Skills
- Motivation and Independence: Highly motivated and able to work independently.
Strong team player capable of handling fast-paced projects.
- Communication Skills: Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across all levels.
Good presentation skills.
- Industry Specific:5+ years with current Contractor.
Instituted BIM /CAG, and LTA Deployment Plans.
Implemented BIM Execution Plans for 2+ projects.
- Certification: BIM Management certification.
