We are a Singapore-based children merchandise retailer looking for a highly motivated Graphic Designer to join our eCommerce team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute online marketing materials for promotions or campaigns
- Design artwork for web and print
- Creation of website banners and eCommerce banner layouts
- Maintain visual layout of eCommerce stores
- Edit images or create listings for new product launches
- Creating, writing and updating content for the respective brand’s social media platforms.
- Assisting with designs of promotional materials
- Create video or photo content for product exposure and awareness
- Maintain brand image and video library
- Other adhoc tasks assigned
- Touch up and loading of new products images
- Preferably some knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Design banners and setup Official Flagship webstores for different brands in Marketplace
- Conduct regular pricing checks
- Monitoring inventory levels and submitting orders to the warehouse
- Respond to platform chat to address customers’ queries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the team to develop and execute online marketing materials (eg. Web Banners) for promotions on ecommerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10, Facebook, Shopify and Company website.
- Use of appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic and work with the team to produce final design for various marketing campaigns
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and in line with style of brand
- Maintenance & updating of E-Commerce platform for new product uploads and overall webstore maintenance
- Creating artwork for new products, advertisements, product packaging and logos etc with the use of graphic software (eg. Illustrator and Photoshop)
- Maintaining Brand Image and Video Library
- Other adhoc related to design work tasks assigned
Requirements:
- Detail-oriented individual who has a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Good time management skills and able to keep to the deadlines
- Previous experience working as a designer with an e-commerce background with at least 1 year of relevant experience
- Proficient in editing software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro, After Effects or any other editing software.
- Knowledge in product photography is a bonus
