Handle full sets of accounts for intercompany transactions.
Monitor and follow up on AR and AP
Issue payment to creditors by trade line facilities or normal transfer.
Handle GST filing, CPF , AIS submission
Responsbile for employees monthly payroll and HR matters
Monitoring and update staff leave record and welfare
Handle all related work pass permit with MOM
Assist with internal and external audits
Preparation of budgets and financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance
with regulatory requirement
Work closely with the corporate secretary to ensure compliance with statutory requirement
Review and recommend improvements to accounting processes.
And any other ad-hoc admin duties assign by management.
Preferably has work experiences in accounting role & HR admin
duties , min for a least 5 years.
Proficiency in accounting software and microsoft office suite, particularly Excel.
Strong attention to details and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meets deadlines in fast paced environment.
