We currently have a job vacancy for a full-time admin assistant (sales administration).
Responsibilities:
- Generating sales tax invoices
- Handing incoming phone calls, faxes, and email message
- Entering suppliers' bills and uploading customers' invoices through their order portal
- Assisting colleagues when necessary
Requirements:
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Must be a good team player and self-motivated
- Administrative experience in the sales department is a plus
