Job Summary
Tasked with leading the technical team and establishing and enhancing drafting standards for the company.
Responsibilities
- Act as the lead project technical officer for both ongoing and new projects.
- Oversee documentation, tendering processes, and submissions to authorities.
- Manage updates to construction phase drawings and BIM models.
- Ensure project completion and closure, including TOP, CSC, authority submissions, site inspections, and as-built documentation.
- Supervise personnel and handle organizational functions efficiently.
- Conduct independent site inspections and engage with authorities as required.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in the field.
- Certification from BCA's BIM modeling course or its equivalent.
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Architecture, BIM, or a related field.
- Proficient in relevant software applications such as AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in work delivery.
