Title: Regional Business Development Manager- Highly Modified Asphalt
Location: Singapore
About the role:
Our client is a leading provider of Specialty Polymer solutions with a growing workforce and manufacturing footprint globally.
They are currently seeking for Regional Business Development Manager to drive growth and market penetration for their bitumen and asphalt modifier portfolio across the ASEAN region.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the ASEAN region.
- Develop and execute market development strategies to expand the bitumen and asphalt polymer product footprint.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, construction or civil engineering companies, and/or distributors of related
- Collaborate with the commercial, R&D, technical or marketing team to provide technical expertise and support to customers throughout the sales cycle.
- Lead market development initiatives, including sales, pricing, forecasting
- Track and report on market development activities, providing insights and recommendations for new product technology or application
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years in market development/technical support or sales within the transport/infrastructure/ construction materials/construction chemicals industry, preferably with a focus on Polymer Modified Bitumen or Highly Modified Asphalt.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with Polymeric Modified Bitumen (PMB) products and their applications.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the SEA region
