Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the Maintenance Team's activities.
- Create and manage duty rosters for the team.
- Plan and schedule Preventive Maintenance (PM), Corrective Maintenance (CM), fault attendance, fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, upgrades, and repairs.
- Test and document all reported faults, completing work orders within specified timeframes.
- Raise, review, and track work orders, labor, and material, and input data into the maintenance management system and other recording systems.
- Monitor equipment performance daily and take appropriate follow-up actions.
- Provide maintenance support for major fault-finding and investigations.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure smooth and efficient operation of plant equipment and auxiliary systems.
- Repair or replace defective or malfunctioning machinery and equipment components.
- Assist in monitoring contractors involved in on-site maintenance and maintain asset maintenance plans.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Hold a valid Class 3 driving license.
Requirements:
- ITE/NTC certification in Electrical and Mechanical fields.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience.
