As a Project Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing design solutions that fulfill client needs. You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other design professionals to ensure high-quality project delivery on schedule and within budget. Your role will involve:
- Concept Development: Generate innovative design concepts that align with client goals and project specifications.
- Design Implementation: Create detailed design plans, including drawings, specifications, and prototypes.
- Client Interaction: Effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and present design solutions.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and integrated design outcomes.
- Quality Control: Review and refine design deliverables to adhere to industry standards and meet client expectations.
- Project Management: Track project progress, manage timelines, and address any design-related issues as they arise.
Requirements:
- Degree or higher qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven ability to independently develop and execute business plans.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to work six days a week and travel as needed.
- High level of commitment and professionalism.
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp).
- Demonstrated ability to generate innovative and practical design solutions.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to evolving client needs and project requirements.
