Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Customer Service:Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent service.
Meet and exceed sales targets by recommending products and upselling.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Store Operations:Iron and prepare garments to ensure they are presented in the best condition.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store at all times.
Change the display of the mannequins weekly to showcase new arrivals and promotions.
Replenish stock on the sales floor as needed.
Order additional stock from the warehouse to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Teamwork:Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store goals.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements:
- Sales Skills: Ability to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Physical Ability: Able to stand for long periods, iron clothes, and perform light lifting.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure store presentation is immaculate, from ironing garments to maintaining displays.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable, with the ability to work a flexible schedule including alternate weekends off.
