Responsibilities
- Work closely with Project Manager / Product Manager to analyse the requirements surfaced by Business Owner.
- Determine how it would be able to fit the product roadmap and project schedule.
- Analyse Industry trends and work closely with Business Owner to develop use cases, end-to end business operations flow and document it clearly in collaboration tools like Confluence or JIRA.
- Assist Project Manager / Product Manager in organizing the backlog and sequencing them in actionable task and work closely with the development team during Project execution.
Requirements
- Experienced in stakeholder management – To understand business owners or process owner problems and able to influence or provide digital product development expertise.
- Experienced in digital technology or product development companies - Can work with engineers and develop a strong understanding of technical considerations and able to provide product features requirements addressing to user needs.
- Able to perform Data-driven analyses and use data to solve problems - The ability to apply specific approaches and knowing what data you would need matter more than knowledge about advanced statistical techniques.
- Solid communication skills - You need to be able to write clearly and concisely, give good presentations, and know how to get people working together.
- Take initiative to make things happen - Our job is to push for change in energy and utilities sector to build a sustainable low carbon society for Singapore.
- Experienced in breaking End User requirements to actionable items and organizing them in Collaboration tools.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders and project team members to make sure that Project is on & assist in project management monitoring tasks
