Job Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibilities, supporting the Senior Credit and Collection Head, in managing a team of collectors and collection administration staff.
- Preparation of monthly reports
- Daily running of collection operations to achieve key performance metrics.
- Ensure that termination and expiration of leasing and HP contracts are promptly and correctly executed. Unknown payments are identified, allocated or refunded.
- Motivate and lead collection team to achieve best-in-class collection performance.
- Work-flow Process management to enhance collection efficiency and competence.
- Asset repossession and legal recovery of bad debts.
Bad debt write-offs. - Manage external vendors and outsourced partners.
- Cross functional collaboration in resolving system issues and workflows.
Job Requirements:
- A good accounting/Economic/Business Degree from a well-recognized tertiary institution.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Excellent collection skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong in MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.
- Excellent people management skill a dynamic team setting.
