Role Overview
- Oversee operations of all retail stores.
- Ensure sales targets, customer satisfaction, and efficient management of staff and resources.
- Extensive knowledge of watches is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with the Head of Sales to drive retail performance and identify business opportunities.
- Performance Monitoring: Develop tools to monitor annual retail performance targets in sales, client experience, and team development.
- Client Experience: Work with Store Managers to review and improve client experience.
- Sales and Service: Increase sales productivity, improve service standards, and enhance the overall customer brand experience.
- Action Plans: Support Store Managers in developing and implementing action plans to achieve performance targets.
- Floor Management: Ensure best-in-class floor management and maintain a strong in-store presence.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports, budgets, spending, and forecasts.
- Operational Excellence: Manage operational performance and ensure delivery of sales targets.
- Policy Implementation: Develop and maintain effective operational policies and strategies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with key stakeholders to achieve operational targets and strategic direction.
- Customer Database: Grow the customer database and build brand loyalty.
- Brand Standards: Ensure brand standards in customer experience are respected.
- Customer Journey: Lead initiatives to elevate the customer journey.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent the brand at events and with VIP customers.
- Marketing Coordination: Develop marketing and in-store promotion programs.
- Store Projects: Advise on store projects, including new openings, expansions, and renovations.
- Back of House Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in back of house areas.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the watch/high end retail industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing multiple stores.
- In-depth knowledge of watches, including various brands and technical specifications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
