The candidate will provide exceptional service to our walk-in customers, ushering customers to experience our unique ordering system, manage queue control, garnering customer feedback, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.

- Respond to customer inquiries
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product or service information and solutions
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets
*Requirements:*
- Secondary level or equivalent required
- No experience needed as training will be provided
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Good attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Some Experience in F&B service preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual skills preferred
