Condominium located near Yew Tee MRT area has a vacancy for 1 Landscape Supervisor position. You will be deployed on site, and assist with the daily operations of the estate.
Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
• Deploy workers and supervise daily landscape maintenance work that keeps the green spaces attractive, neat and safe.
• Plan, schedule and instruct the team for pruning, clearing and planting activities.
• Inspect the landscape and advise the management about unhealthy plants and make suggestions for improvement.
• Assist in general office duties, and updating various records.
• Co-operate with the Condo Manager to achieve the desired results of the site team.
Requirements:
• A team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous, with attention to details.
• Passionate about upkeeping a beautiful landscape.
• Hands-on with "green fingers".
• The working hours are 9:00am-6:00pm on weekdays, and 9:00am to 1:00pm on alternate Saturdays. You are entitled to one hour of lunch break every day.
