Business Development Manager

Modern Wealth Academy Pte. Ltd.

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business development Manager at Modern Wealth Academy. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying strategic business opportunities, building key customer relationships, and driving revenue growth.


Responsibilities:

* Business Development & Sales: Experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the coaching or financial services industries. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

* Live Coaching & Retreat Management: Familiar with live coaching sessions and the management of retreats while serving in senior management roles.

* New Business Opportunities: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.

* Relationship Building: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

* Sales Performance Tracking: Track and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and business development activities. Provide regular updates to senior management.

* Event Planning & Execution: Collaborate with the team to plan and execute events, such as webinars, workshops, and retreats, aimed at attracting and engaging potential clients.

* Partnership Liaising: Develop partnerships and collaborate with other entrepreneurs in the same industry.

* Speaker Hub Management: Create a hub where speakers come together and upsell each other leads.

* Sponsorship Acquisition: Look for sponsorship opportunities ranging from USD 20k to 50k per customer, and reach out to companies for pop-up booth collaborations at seminar events.

* Cold Outreach: Conduct cold outreach to speakers and sponsorships, and generate leads.

* Podcast Coordination: Identify podcasters and speakers, and organize podcast sessions with speakers if possible.

* Permanent Collaboration: Aim for long-term, permanent collaborations, with a potential commission structure of 2-5% of total dealings.


Requirements:

* Minimum of 5 years in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the coaching or financial services sectors.

* Strong research, networking, and outreach skills. Ability to identify and cultivate new business opportunities.

* Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

* Experience in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.

* Familiarity with planning and executing events, such as webinars, workshops, and retreats.

* Familiarity with relevant software tools for business development and sales tracking.
