Job Description:
This is a full time role for an Admin Assistant located in Tanjong Pagar. Our client is one of the Freight forwarding services and you will be responsible for managing correspondence, filing documents, and ordering office supplies. You are responsible for entering financial transactions into accounting software and maintaining accurate financial records. Additionally, you promptly follow up with customers for payments and perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience
