We are seeking passionate, Chinese-speaking sales assistants to support our daily operations.
Position Types
- Full-time - experience in TCM retail required
- Part-time - no experience required
Job Responsibilities
- Sales: Provide customized wellness recommendations to aid customers in making purchase decisions by familiarising with our products and properties
- Checkout Process: Operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, handle returns and exchanges, and manage cash and credit card payments.
- Merchandising: Organize and replenish products on shelves, ensuring the store looks neat and tidy.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies or shortages to the store manager.
- Security: Ensure that all sales are properly recorded and that the store’s security procedures are followed to prevent theft and fraud.
