Responsibilities
- Manage daily cargo sales operations, including reviewing, verifying, and reconciling airway bills, to ensure accurate reporting and efficient sales processes.
- Perform data entry accurately and timely into the in-house airfreight system.
- Prepare daily cargo sales report for head office
- Monitor and manage unbilled airway bills, liaising with stakeholders to facilitate timely billing
- Cross-reference entered data with airline records, identify and correct any discrepancies or errors
- Establish and maintain a well-organized filing system to ensure efficient storage, retrieval, and tracking of recorded files as needed.
- Support the Finance Manager in the delivery of shared finance services, including financial operations.
- Other administrative ad hoc duties as assigned
Experience and qualification
- With minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in administrative or data entry work preferred
- Self-motivated and disciplined with a strong work ethic
- Must be detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy
- Ability to effectively utilize Excel is necessary
