- Position: Admin Executive (Customer Service)
- Location: Pasir Panjang
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 6pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,600 + 20 Days Annual Leave + Performance Bonus

Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure all queries coming through Student Connect including phone calls, emails and walk-ins
- Manage students’ record and update students’ status on the system
- Advise students on course requirements
- Assist with enrolment of new and continuing students, which includes students’ class registration and enrolment
- Assist in preparation of class lists
- Assist and support with counselling of students who do not meet attendance requirements and processing of students’ absence justification requests
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Possess at least Diploma in any field
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
