Responsibilities
- Supervise a small team.
- Oversee the proper implementation of planograms and price adjustments.
- Set up and manage promotional displays and layouts during promotional changeovers.
- Coordinate daily operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Maintain top-notch hygiene standards: uphold store appearance and merchandising guidelines, conduct daily housekeeping, and ensure store safety.
- Keep storerooms tidy and organized with current stock only.
- Assist with all sales and customer service tasks, including welcoming customers, offering help, processing transactions, and arranging promotional activities for non-dispensing counter items.
Requirements
- A registered pharmacist with the Singapore Pharmacy Council
- Excellent clinical and patient care competencies
- 5 years or more, retail storefront experience with demonstrated cashflow expertise
- Strong business planning competencies with a passion for people and service
