Salary up to $5.2k to $7.5k (based on the experience)
Working hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm

Key Responsibilities:
Publications & Communications Management:
- Coordinate and curate content with stakeholders, including owners, vendors, and internal/external partners, for various communication materials (e.g.,newsletters, electronic direct mailers, invitations).
- Disseminate advisories and communication materials.
- Maintain and report on communication tracking, budget utilization, and distribution list updates.
- Manage communication and engagement for programs/projects.
Events Management:
- Oversee the procurement of services related to communication and engagement tasks.
- Plan and manage events.
- Source and book event venues.
Query Portal & Web Pages Management:
- Manage secretariat mailboxes, including creation and archival.
- Oversee the Query Management Portal.
- Administer survey tools and provide secretariat support for programs/projects.
Intranet Portal Management:
- Manage the uploading, posting, and maintenance of content on intranet portals and websites, including design, layout, and copywriting.
- Adapt and repurpose intranet content for various audiences, from technical to non-technical.
- Ensure content is updated and refreshed as needed.
- Respond to user comments and queries promptly, in consultation with project teams.
- Monitor and moderate forum content, ensuring compliance with terms of use.
- Maintain functionality and usability of intranet platforms, manage access rights, and propose enhancements.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma with at least five years of relevant experience.
- Previous experience as a communications or community manager would be advantageous.
- Background in and knowledge of Computer or Information Technology related disciplines would be advantageous.
- Working knowledge of media and digital production (e.g. adapting and resizing graphics, simple infographic creation) would be useful.
- Strong writing and communication skills in with a proven ability to effectively engage and influence both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in operating and administering web content management systems such as SharePoint, Online, and WordPress would be beneficial.
- Familiarity with coding languages like JavaScript and HTML is advantageous, but not required.
- Knowledge of Adobe Design Suite products would be a valuable asset.
- Proficient in using MS Office products.
