Personal Assistant

Initium 22 Pte. Ltd.

Working days: Monday to Friday

Working hours: 9am - 6pm

Raffles Place


Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative duties
  • Replying of emails to companies and clients
  • Making phone calls to set appointments
  • Basic accounting and compliance duties
  • Basic marketing tasks
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

  • Proficient in English and Mandarin to speak with Mandarin speaking clients
  • Meticulous, takes initiative and have good communication skills
  • IT savvy (Microsoft Excel, Words, Power Point)
  • Preferably at least 1-2 years of insurance admin experience
  • Able to work under pressure
