OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our new golf driving range facility in Upper Jurong area. This role involves handling administrative tasks, assisting with customer inquiries, and providing support to ensure smooth and efficient running of the facility.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- ITE qualification or Diploma in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous administrative experience is preferred, with experience in hospitality or leisure settings considered an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to handle confidential information with discretion
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform office tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Manage customer inquiries, bookings, and provide information about the facility.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for staff and management.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and other documents as required.
PERIODIC DUTIES:
- Assist with tracking and ordering office supplies and equipment.
- Support the organization and setup for events or special activities.
- Help with invoicing, expense reports, and maintaining financial records.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, and assist with regulatory documentation as needed.
