We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Stylist to join our team. As a Senior Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hairdressing services to our clients, leading and mentoring junior stylists, and contributing to the success of the salon.
_Key Responsibilities:_
1. _Hairdressing Services_
- Provide high-quality haircuts, colors, and styling services to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques.
2. _Leadership and Mentoring_
- Lead and mentor junior stylists, providing guidance and support.
- Assist in training and development programs.
3. _Client Relations_
- Build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
4. _Salon Operations_
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized salon environment.
- Participate in inventory management and control.
5. _Team Collaboration_
- Work collaboratively with other stylists and salon staff.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
_Requirements:_
1. 5+ years of experience as a hairstylist.
2. Advanced skills in cutting, coloring, and styling.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to lead and mentor junior stylists.
5. Strong customer service skills.
6. Knowledge of salon software and point-of-sale systems.
_Work Hours:_
- Typically 40-50 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
