Cafe Assistant Manager ( S$3000 )
Pre- Requisites
- Diploma or its equivalent, otherwise relevant years of experience will be considered.
- Good communication skills in English
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and implement best practices for safe food handling
Key Responsibilities
Job scope incudes (and is not limited to) :
- In charge of stock take and ordering
- Training of new servers
- Oversee day-to-day café operation
- Table service, manage complaints
- Cashiering
- Assist in create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
- Assist in control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
