Reporting to the Finance Director, the role oversees day-to-day finance operations for the Singapore entity, managing 1-2 direct reports. Key responsibilities include establishing corporate governance, managing accounting functions, budgeting, statutory reporting, tax compliance, and cash flow management. The role also involves preparing financial reports, liaising with auditors and tax agents, and supporting continuous process improvements. Collaboration with APAC Commercial, customer service, and logistics teams is essential, along with participation in regional or global projects and coaching team members. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, independent, and a strong team player.
Skills and experience required
Candidates should have a recognized degree in Finance or Accounting, along with a minimum of 8 years of relevant accounting experience. Candidates who are available on short notice would be highly advantageous.
