Junior Podcast, Marcomms, and Social Media Coordinator

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Junior Podcast, Marcomms, and Social Media Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Podcast Coordination: Assist in planning, recording, and editing podcast episodes.
Conduct research and assist with scripting for podcast content.
Coordinate guest appearances and manage scheduling.
Assist in promoting podcasts across various platforms.
- Marketing Communications (Marcomms): Support the development and execution of marketing communication strategies.
Assist in creating engaging content for newsletters, press releases, and other marketing materials.
Collaborate with the team to develop creative ideas and campaigns.
Help maintain brand consistency across all communications.
- Social Media Management: Assist in creating and scheduling social media content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
Monitor social media channels for engagement and respond to comments and messages.
Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to improve engagement and reach.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interest in podcasts, marketing, and social media.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of podcasting software and editing tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
