Responsibilities:
Operations:
- Scheduling of daily collection / delivery.
- Resolving daily collection / delivery issues.
- Tabulate trip allowances.
- Perform cross training for team members.
- Conduct weekly toolbox / training session.
- Act as backup for other fleet supervisor during their absent.
- Submission of Safety Induction Course / Other related courses.
- Responsible for team performance & discipline.
- Ensure the maintenance of all vehicles.
- Work closely with Customer Service & Operation Team.
- Coordinate ah-hoc emergency response.
- Incident report submission – lead investigation/determine root-cause/corrective & preventive plan.
- Adhering to Standard Operating Procedure, Risk Assessment, Company’s Policies
- Drafting of Standard Operating Procedure & Risk Assessment.
- Adhering to Company’s Policies.
- Adhering to Company Safety Rules.
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma in any courses
· Minimum 1 years’ experience working in a warehouse / logistics environment
· Comfortable with Off on alternate Sat & Standby 24/7.
· Posses Singapore Class 3 license
· Good team player, can do attitude and willingness to learn
· Proficient in computer skills ie. MS Office, Excel, SAP and WMS
