Responsibilities
· Responsible for data entry of Sales Order, Purchase Order and Inventory Management
· Responsible for data entry of Inventory Assembly, Production Planning.
· Responsible for data entry of Bank Receipts and Payments, Bank Reconciliation
· Generating periodical reports and reconciliation
· Periodical stock-take reconciliation
· Close coordination with production & logistics department
· Any other ad hoc duties
Requirements
· Degree in Accounting
· 3 years of working experience in accounts. Preferably in Food Manufacturing industry but not mandatory
· Must be proficient in MS Office Excel, hands on knowledge in Sage 300 / Accpac on IC/OE/ PO modules is a must
· Must be bilingual, strong interpersonal skills.
· Positive Attitude & Mindset, able to work independently.
