Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies across all brands to maximize online sales, increase customer acquisition, and enhance the overall customer experience for each individual brand.
Manage and optimize the performance of our e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth functionality, user-friendly navigation, and seamless transactions.
Create forecasts and budgets for eCommerce KPI’s (traffic, orders, net sales, conversion, AOV, etc.) as well as product KPI’s (ASP, GM, Sell-through).
Conduct regular analysis of website performance, conversion rates, and customer behaviour using analytics tools to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven optimizations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, and regional offices to ensure alignment of e-commerce initiatives. This includes;Partnering with marketing to develop localized campaigns.
Coordinating with IT to implement regional platform features.
Working with logistics to optimize regional fulfillment.
Coordinate the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media, to drive traffic, increase brand visibility, and improve conversion rates.
Coordinate creative writing for promotional materials and marketing collateral to create a compelling brand narrative.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce, and proactively implement innovative strategies and tactics to stay ahead of the competition.
Monitor and analyze competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to identify opportunities and adapt our e-commerce approach accordingly.
Manage relationships with third-party service providers, such as web developers, agencies, and payment gateways, to ensure smooth operations and optimal performance of our online platforms.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, product availability, and fulfillment processes to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
