Job Description
· Manage patient at registration and schedule appointment
· Perform administrative duties of the clinic as directed by supervisor
· Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
· Handle calls and attend to enquiries
· Dispense medication under doctor's supervision
Job Requirements
· Full-time: 44 hours/week
· Working hours are 8 hours/day between 8am to 6pm
· Able to work on Saturdays and public holiday (when rostered)
· Prior working experience as Clinic Assistant would be an advantage
· Good patient-centered service attitude
· Fast learner and able to work independently with minimal supervision
· Able to commence work within short notice
