Responsibilities:
- Oversee HR functions including talent acquisition, learning & development, compensation & benefits, and employee relations. Act as a business partner to various units, offering strategic HR support and advice on HR-related issues, and contribute to key HR initiatives and staff engagement programs.
- Analyze business challenges and provide actionable recommendations and solutions. Assist hiring managers in recruitment efforts by sourcing potential candidates through both internal and external channels, and develop a robust talent pipeline.
- Manage on-boarding and off-boarding processes, collaborate with line managers on annual performance reviews, design training roadmaps, and facilitate employee communication and engagement activities.
- Offer HR advice and support to line managers on operational matters such as employee disciplinary issues, grievances, and complaints. Ensure timely processing of WICA and medical insurance claims, with effective follow-up.
- Provide assistance with various ad-hoc HR tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of HR generalist Business Partner experience with strong business acumen.
- Ability to provide HR advices to the business in a commercially sensitive and appropriate way.
- Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices and regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous, committed and takes initiatives.
- Resourceful, good team player and able to multi-task.
- Ability to work independently in a fast pace environment.
- Able to start work immediately
