We are currently seeking a passionate HR Executive to join our Corporate Services team and contribute to our mission of serving the community.
As an HR Executive at The Helping Hand, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR and volunteer engagement functions. You will work closely with our team to ensure efficient HR operations and enhance volunteer experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities:
a) HR Engagement & Administration:
- Support in updating the Human Resource Management System (HRMS).
- Generate employment verification letters.
- Facilitate staff onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manage staff insurance claims, liaising with staff and insurers.
- Plan and coordinate staff engagement activities and learning & development programs.
- Facilitate staff feedback channels and support the implementation of improvement initiatives.
- Assist in recruitment coordination and Ministry of Manpower (MOM) surveys.
- Handle logistics for board meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGM).
b) Volunteer Engagement & Administration:
- Facilitate volunteer onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manage paperwork and documentation of volunteers.
- Organize outreach & engagement activities for volunteers.
- Support in volunteer learning and development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Human Resource or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience in the social service sector is an advantage.
